Lead the Conversation: Head of Social & Partnerships at Dialog Café

What You'll Do

As the Head of Social & Partnerships, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s voice and presence. Your work will help us connect with our customers in meaningful ways, both online and offline. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with Dialog’s values and engage our audience.
• Content Creation : Craft compelling visuals, captions, and campaigns that showcase the heart and soul of our café.
• Partnerships : Identify and cultivate relationships with like-minded brands, influencers, and organizations to amplify our reach.
• Community Engagement : Foster a sense of connection and conversation with our audience, ensuring they feel seen and heard.
• Trend Spotting : Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends to keep Dialog’s social presence fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and cultural insight. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience : At least 3 years in social media, partnerships, or a related field.
• Taste and Ideas : A strong aesthetic sense and the ability to generate unique, impactful ideas.
• Cultural Awareness : An understanding of current trends and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Relationship Skills : A talent for building and maintaining meaningful partnerships.
• Portfolio : A proven track record of creating engaging content and campaigns.
