Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, remote role focused on delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support to travelers using SkylineBooking. In this position, you will handle inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone, assist customers with booking flights and travel packages, and resolve issues related to payments, confirmations, and itinerary changes. You will provide guidance on destination information, platform features, and policies, while documenting interactions and updating customer records in internal systems. The role also involves monitoring common issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams, and contributing feedback to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer experience.. Qualifications. * Strong customer-tacing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience.. * Ability to work effectively in a Customer Service. Representative capacity, handling multiple inquiries and channels in a remote environment.. * Clear written and verbal communication skills, with fluent proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.. * Comfort using online booking platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software.. * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, empathy, and patience under pressure.. * Ability to work full-time on a set schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.. * Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or online customer support is not needed.. * High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an advantage.
