Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions for entry-level, hourly manufacturing roles
• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including hiring strategy, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, offer recommendations/negotiations, and pre-onboarding
• Conduct structured recruiting intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, sourcing channels, interview plans, and decision timelines
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media campaigns, talent communities, employee referrals, networking events, universities, community colleges, and workforce programs
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators on job postings, candidate progression, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities
• Collaborate with the MSP and internal stakeholders to support efficient requisition and candidate management
• Track and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and talent pipeline activity
• Maintain positive candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process
• Identify opportunities for recruiting and onboarding process improvements
• Ensure recruiting and onboarding activities comply with applicable requirements and established procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
