Technical Analyst

Salary: $80,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

Proven experience with SQL databases, query management, and database design principles. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Programming skills in Python, R, VBA, and Bash, particularly for data analytics. Familiarity with business intelligence concepts, dashboard development, and reporting tools. Knowledge of data modeling techniques for integrating linked data from diverse sources. Ability to analyze complex datasets in Excel and derive business insights. Experience in Agile project environments, including requirements analysis and stakeholder communication. Associate degree required. Must be within commuting distance of Fremont, Michigan, and available to work onsite daily. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and translate them into technical solutions aligned with the SDLC. Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, and data models for efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Analyze data using Excel, R, Python, and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting strategic initiatives. Manage ETL processes using tools such as Talend or custom Python or Bash scripts to move data across systems. Review database designs and apply database management best practices on platforms such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Coordinate tasks within Agile teams to support project delivery and provide analytics solutions on schedule. Technologies:
