Payroll Specialist

Type: Full-Time Compensation: $27.00/hr - $31.00/hr Work Model: Hybrid with 3 days on-site required Overview We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing. This role supports payroll cycles, compliance, and employee inquiries in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Process payroll (weekly/biweekly/semi‑monthly) Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax reporting Handle employee payroll questions and maintain records Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies Support year-end reporting (W‑2s, 1099s) What You Bring 2–5+ years of payroll experience Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, UKG, Paycom, etc.) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
