We maintain thousands of vehicles at eight locations in five states and over 300 employees committed to providing safe, comfortable and reliable transportation for our customers around the world.We are looking for a Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise Regional Sales ManagersDevelop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.Track actual performance against expectations and modifies strategies.Work with customers to better understand their needs and goals.Estimate sales volume and profitMonitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as neededAttend Trade ShowsTravel to Customers with RSM'sTravel to other MTE locations as neededEducation and Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years Sales Management experienceBachelor's degree requiredDealership sales experience preferredDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (or other email programs)Salesforce experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion in a timely manner.Benefits:Competitive PayMedical InsuranceDental and VisionCompany paid for Short & Long Term Disability and Life Insurance401(k) with company matchHoliday PayPTO PayCareer GrowthMidwest Transit Equipment is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
