This firm has a deep expertise and growing reputation in the Healthcare Services vertical. They compete with some of the leading mid market Healthcare teams in the nation. Currently due to immense deal flow, market momentum and tailored approach, they are looking to hire an experienced VP to lead deal execution. Salary: $160,000 – $175,000 +Bonus Location: Boston, MA (On Site) Responsibilities:

• Support, lead and supervise transaction execution
• Assist actively on sourcing deals and possibly bring on deals
• Origination activities, pitches, decks and build long term industry relationships
• Work hand in hand with the Senior Healthcare MDs/Partners of the firm
• Advise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities , engage in the due diligence process of deals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Bankers (Associates & Analysts)
• Analyze market data and understand current market trends based on real time date
• Enthusiastic about the Healthcare Industry, being a market specialist in any sub sector will help you stand out as a candidate
• Become a sub sector expert in the Healthcare Services vertical
• Healthcare M&A experience is a must with a track record of dealsRequirements:
• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Anywhere between 6 yrs – 8 yrs of relevant experience, only Banking or combination of Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory
• Strong M&A Exp is a must from buy-side & sell side
• Licenses preferred are Series 7, 79 & 63
• Open to travel as needed by clients
• Must have a track record of leading small teams (4-6 junior Bankers)
• Direct experience and promoted to a VP already
• minimum 6 yrs of Investment Banking experience is required
