Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 base plus uncapped commission and annual bonus (Salary dependent on experience; we're open to candidates at a range of levels.)

The Role

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates across data, analytics, and AI markets.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage your own client portfolio.
• Source and headhunt top-tier candidates through search, outreach, and referrals.
• Advise clients with market insight and deliver a high-quality recruitment service from brief to placement.
