Job Description Job Description Medical Assistant / Front Desk / Checkout - New Southlake Office Parr Foot & Ankle Specialists is opening a new Southlake location at Southlake Blvd & White Chapel and is hiring motivated team members to help launch our newest office. Positions Available: * Medical Assistant * Front Desk / Reception * Checkout / Patient Services Location: Southlake, TX (Southlake Blvd & White Chapel) About the Practice: Parr Foot & Ankle Specialists is a growing podiatry practice focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate foot and ankle care. We pride ourselves on excellent patient service and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities (role-dependent): * Rooming patients and assisting providers * Taking vitals and preparing exam rooms * Scheduling appointments and answering phones * Insurance verification and patient check-in/check-out * Collecting copays and documenting in the EMR * Providing outstanding customer service to patients Qualifications: * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office * Medical office experience preferred (not required for all roles) * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule: * Full-time positions available * Daytime hours, Monday-Friday * No nights Compensation: * Competitive pay based on experience Company Description Parr Foot & Ankle Specialists was founded by Dr. Philip Parr in 2023 with the goal of being the best podiatry practice in Fort Worth.
