Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and associated mental health challenges.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying psychological concerns.

• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based methodologies, ensuring effective communication and interaction.

• Collaborating with fellow team members, including medical professionals and case managers, to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in the mental health field with a focus on addiction counseling.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a passion for motivating clients throughout their recovery journey.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
