AreaPay Rate: $22.50Requirements:Previous security and/or management experience requiredStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPosition OverviewThe Security Operations Manager oversees daily security operations, staffing, and field personnel to ensure client expectations, company standards, and contract requirements are consistently met. This position works closely with Regional and Branch Management, Human Resources, clients, and field supervisors to maintain efficient and effective operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and payroll for assigned accountsSupervise and support Security Professionals, Field Supervisors, and Flex OfficersRecruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate security personnelConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Post Orders, company policies, and safety standardsDevelop and maintain site-specific Post Order Manuals, procedures, and schedulesAddress employee performance, disciplinary, attendance, and staffing issuesInvestigate incidents and accidents and complete required reportsMaintain regular communication with clients and respond promptly to concerns or service issuesMonitor account performance and take corrective action when neededManage security equipment, inventory, records, and operational reportsEnsure staffing coverage during call-offs, no-shows, vacations, and other vacancies as neededSupport employee retention and maintain a professional, respectful work environmentCommunicate operational updates, staffing needs, and significant issues to Branch and Regional ManagementPerform additional duties and projects as assignedIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an experienced security professional and leader who can effectively manage people, prioritize competing demands, communicate with clients and employees, and maintain high standards of security and service.VA #11-1640Education Requirements (All)GED or H.S.
