Accounts Receivable Accountant - Real Estate

A highly successful Real Estate Investment Company located in the Woburn area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its growing team. The candidate would be responsible for supporting construction billing, tenant billing, lease administration review, and financial processes related to property management. This role ensures accurate accounting records, proper tenant billing, and timely processing of financial transactions for the construction company and managed properties. Experience in accounting, property management accounting preferred along with tenant billing and CAM reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and organization skills required, proficiency with Yardi is highly preferred. I’ve placed folks here before so can attest to great work/life balance, casual environment, good people to work with every day. This position is mostly on-site but flexibility when needed along with strong benefits and bonus plan.
