It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow. Requirements Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift to 30 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform visual and quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards. Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and assembly instructions. Package finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and safety concerns to supervisors. Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process.
