Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that address their unique mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring high-quality care tailored to each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve the best client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals to facilitate integrated treatment approaches and comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records according to organizational coding standards, enabling seamless communication across teams and optimal client management.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and feedback loops that help refine therapeutic techniques and enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload capacity. In addition, we ensure that your workload is manageable by providing ample client referrals and offering support with billing and documentation tasks.
