You will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of one of our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business, while working at the #11 ranked company on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For.If you are highly motivated with business tax preparation experience, excellent communication skills, and an active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we need you to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products.The successful candidate will manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations, along with significant experience in preparing and filing business and personal tax returns, is required.What you'll bring:At least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season, using commercial tax software.Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year.Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.Bookkeeping experience (preferred).Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry clients (preferred).Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).Commitment to at least 20 hours/week, with 4-hour shift increments during tax season.Knowledge of Circular 230.Proficiency with technology and software.Strong customer service and communication skills.Critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Reliable internet connection meeting security criteria.How you will lead:Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing sound advice and timely service.Maintain confidentiality of customer information.Use government websites, resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in understandable language.Interact professionally via video and document interactions accurately.Uphold Intuit's values, including integrity.If you reside in the United States and want to earn supplemental income by helping with taxes, APPLY NOW!Competitive salary, employee perks, and a welcome bonus are available.Additional Details:Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: OtherIndustries: Staffing and RecruitingThis job posting is active.
