The Executive Assistant provides proactive, high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, anticipating needs, removing administrative friction, and protecting executive time and focus. What We Offer Competitive health, dental, and vision plans 401(k) plan with match after 12 months Sick, vacation, holiday, and parental time off Employee Assistance Program and Chaplain Services to support mental and emotional well-being What You’ll Do Proactively manage and optimize calendars for senior executives, anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and protecting time for strategic priorities Coordinate meetings and logistics end-to-end, including scheduling, materials preparation, technology setup, and follow-up on decisions and action items Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and communications partner, screening requests and ensuring appropriate access and follow-through Manage executive travel and expense reporting with accuracy, foresight, and attention to detail Leverage AI-enabled tools and strong organizational skills to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Provide high-level administrative and operational support while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism How Success Is Measured Scheduling requests responded to and confirmed within 24 hours (same business day preferred) Zero missed or double-booked executive commitments Meeting notes and action items distributed within 24 hours when applicable Expense reports submitted on time with at least 98% accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
