AVP, Client Services Manager

Role Summary/Purpose:The principal responsibilities of the Client Services Manager will be to partner with the Relationship Manager and Industry Vice President to drive organic sales growth. This position will work closely with the other members of the Sales and Marketing team to support and deepen existing relationships with Retailers, Associations, and OEM partners in the Partnered Home Brands portfolio.Essential Responsibilities:Work directly with the VP, Relationship Manager and partner to drive revolving credit volumeIncludes interactions with sales and corporate leadership to define monthly/annual sales goals and implement finance promotion strategies, interactions with regional, district, and store managers, analysis/reporting/segmentation, as well as day-to-day client support.Execute metric-driven disciplined account planning/managementIdentify and share best practices with the client, as well as with client development peers to drive increased effectivenessOwn and/or support partner strategy sessions and present performance reviews to clientPeriodically conduct in-person or webinar training to critical teams within client's organizationManage key initiatives, project planning, execution, and ongoing partner communications.Work cross-functionally with Sales Support, 3rd party vendors, Operations, Marketing, Underwriting, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure sales initiatives are executed in a timely mannerWork with Sales Support team to resolve day-to-day escalated/adhoc client & sales requestsAttend & support industry/client trade shows and client meetingsTranslate “voice of the customer” feedback into actionable insightsSystem Management (pricing changes, document repository, etc.)Perform other duties and/or special projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree, preference towards Business, Marketing or Finance OR 5+ years of related work experience2+ years’ experience in client-facing experience in Sales, Credit, Operations or MarketingProven track record of accountability and solid follow-up skillsStrong Excel & PowerPoint skills as well as reporting capabilitiesUp to 50% travel requiredDesired Characteristics:Displays high integrity and leadershipEffective communication, interpersonal, & organizational skillsExcellent cross-functional leadershipDemonstrated self-motivation & initiativeStrong attention to detail, analytical skills & financial acumenGrade/Level: 10The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Our Way of Working:We’re proud to offer you flexibility.
