Marketing & Business Development Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to fill the role of  Marketing & Business Development Manager . This position combines responsibilities from marketing coordination and construction project management to ensure the smooth execution of various initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Attend at least 1 weekend Community Event per Quarter.
• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with centers of influence (COIs) on resolving concerns: face-to-face, phone, or e-mail.
• Utilize/manage monthly marketing budget.
• Obtain new clients/customers through building customer relationships, rapport, and trust.
• Monitor assigned COIs relationships to coordinate earned commission payments related to paid jobs.
• Continue professional development of SERVPRO® specific skills, marketing, teambuilding, and leadership skills.
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling.
• Generate lasting relationships with Commercial COIs by meeting in social and business group settings.
• Acquire useful and timely information about potential losses that help secure work.
• Educate potential and existing customers on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company.
• Collaborate and assist with company social media accounts.
