Senior Talent & Culture Partner | Strategy & People Leader

The Village at Rockville is seeking a Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner to align people strategies with organizational goals. You’ll work with the Executive Director and leadership team to anticipate workforce challenges and lead a Talent & Culture partner to support the community. You’ll coach leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, and change, using data to drive decisions and navigate complex situations.
