Job Description

You will work with sales partners to establish relationships with customers with the goal of helping them detect and prevent advanced cyber attacks and breaches by advising them on the immense value of Palo Alto Network's Enterprise Browser. Our systems engineers have a deep technical understanding of cybersecurity products, integrations, and critical cyber threats facing our potential customer's environments. You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.

Your Impact

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Sales Specialists and the local partners
• Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
• Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified problems in each individual environment
• Delivering presentations/demonstrations to prospective and current clients, PoC (Proof of Concept), RFP/RFI response
• Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption
• Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)
• Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
• Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required
• Willing to travel up to 50%
• Proven experience in a pre-sales role selling into large enterprise organizations
• Extensive experience in selling technical Cyber Security products and ability to engage in high-level technical discussions
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolution
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Ambitious attitude

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
