Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving device, access, and hardware issues while delivering dependable day-to-day support across a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on maintaining desktop performance, supporting Apple-based technology, and helping employees stay productive through responsive service and sound troubleshooting.Responsibilities:• Deliver front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral issues, ensuring timely resolution for end users.• Support Apple devices and Apple iOS platforms by diagnosing problems, configuring settings, and maintaining reliable performance.• Administer device management tasks through Jamf Pro, including provisioning, policy updates, and routine support activities.• Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate repair or replacement of workstations and related equipment as needed.• Assist users with identity and access issues by supporting authentication tools such as Okta.• Provide support for desktop environments that interact with technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Android, and computer hardware platforms.• Set up, image, deploy, and maintain end-user devices to meet operational and security standards.• Document incidents, solutions, and recurring technical issues to improve service efficiency and knowledge sharing.
