divh2Restaurant Host/Hostess/h2pThe Restaurant Host/Hostess provides friendly, excellent service to all customers who come to the casinos restaurant./ph3Essential Job Functions:/h3ulliHandles all aspects of the food operation during assigned shift./liliEnsures Front Service staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy./liliEnsures that customers problems/complaints are handled in an effective, courteous manner./liliDirectly oversees staff on assigned shift./liliSchedules lunch breaks and maintains employee break records./liliActs as a role model to other employees, always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same./liliConducts assigned duties according to procedures./liliGreets guests quickly and courteously./liliSeats guests promptly and with a smile./liliAble to sell guest on all seating areas of the restaurant (i.e. bar and patio)/liliBe aware of table status and control seating times/liliHelps service guests as necessary in a team aspect (May include but not limited to: bussing tables, taking drink orders, rolling silverware, etc.)/liliKnows how to ring up all transactions and all tenders./liliAssists the Service Attendants/Counter Attendants/Culinary areas when needed./liliHandles and solves any concerns and questions from customers./liliKeeps all guest areas clean and neat.
