• Multiple OR options: 9 Main OR + 5 Endoscopy
Assignment Details
• Duration: 6 months with locums-to-perm conversion timeline at 6 months
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts; OT after 10 hours
• Volume: 3-5 surgical cases/day in Main OR; 12-15 endoscopy cases/day
• Setting: Hospital-based Main OR and Endoscopy, Level 3 trauma
• ORs: 9 Main OR, 5 Endoscopy
• Staff: collaborative OR team
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Credentialing: 1 month
• Weekend possibility (not guaranteed)
• Holiday work: 1.5x rate, no 32-hour guarantee on holiday weeks
Clinical Details
• CRNA coverage - supervised practice model
• Required procedures: general surgical cases (adult and pediatric), IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases
Requirements
• CRNA, Board Certified (AANA)
• ACLS, BLS
• License: active MA license or willing to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads accepted)
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
