Quick Facts: * Location: Pittsfield, MA (725 North Street, Zip: 01201) * Start Date: 08/01/2026 * Duration: 6 months (with locum-to-perm conversion at 6 months) * Shift: 8 hours (guaranteed 8 hours daily, overtime after 10 hours) * Hours/Week: Based on shifts within contract hours * Employment Type: Locum/Contract * Licensure/Certifications: Valid CRNA license; Board Certified preferred * Experience: Prior anesthesia experience in surgical settings, including trauma and various anesthesia procedures Pay & Benefits: * Hourly Pay: Up to $290/hour (rates based on experience and certification) * Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 10 hours/day * Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate during holiday weeks (32 hours guaranteed on holidays) * Additional Reimbursements: Flight, hotel, rental car; licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses covered when applicable * Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, robust referral bonus program, dedicated support team, and adherence to all federal/state law requirements What You ll Do: * Supervise or work independently as part of the anesthesia team within a busy surgical environment * Provide anesthesia for general, obstetrical, neurosurgical, pediatric, and endoscopic procedures * Manage regional, spinal, epidural, and IV regional anesthesia cases * Collaborate with surgical staff in a team-oriented setting across 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites * Assist in trauma cases at a Level 3 trauma designation facility * Ensure patient safety and compliance with established anesthesia protocols What You Need: * Valid CRNA license and certification in good standing * Minimum of 2 years anesthesia provider experience in a hospital or surgical center * Skills in various anesthesia techniques including regional and obstetric anesthesia * Strong communication and team collaboration skills * Ability to work supervised in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: This is a dynamic anesthesia role at a prominent hospital in Pittsfield, MA, serving a diverse patient population with a collaborative OR team.
