Quick Facts Location: 725 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 Start Date: 08/01/2026 Duration: 6 months, with potential locum-to-perm conversion at 6 months Shift: 8-hour shifts, scheduled Monday through Friday Hours/week: 40 hours (guaranteed 8 hours daily) Employment Type: Contract with possibility for permanent placement Licensure/Certs: Current CRNA license required; Advanced Certifications as applicable Experience: Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience in surgical settings Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: Up to $290, guaranteed 8 hours daily Overtime: Paid after 10 hours Holiday Pay: 1.5x, with scheduling based on facility needs Reimbursements: Flight, hotel, rental car, licensure, certification, travel, and other travel-related expenses Additional Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, dedicated 24/7 support team, and licensure/certification reimbursements. What You ll Do Provide supervised anesthesia services during general surgical, obstetric, neurosurgical, and endoscopic procedures Administer regional anesthesia including IV, spinal, epidural, and nerve blocks Monitor and care for adult and pediatric surgical patients in a safe and efficient manner Collaborate with OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document all anesthesia care accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards What You Need Required: Active CRNA license in Massachusetts Minimum of 2 years' anesthesia experience in a surgical setting Ability to work supervised or independently as required Proficiency in various anesthesia techniques including regional and obstetrical Preferred: Experience in trauma-level 3 hospitals Familiarity with Meditech Expanse EMR About the Assignment Work in a dynamic, collaborative OR environment with 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites at a reputable healthcare facility in Pittsfield.
