Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

A healthcare organization in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum-to-perm opportunity in a hospital-based main operating room and endoscopy setting. This role offers supervised anesthesia care across a range of surgical cases with the potential for permanent conversion.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with possible weekend coverage
• Hours: 8-hour shifts; guaranteed 32 hours per week
• Setting: Hospital-based main OR and endoscopy

Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia services for general adult and pediatric surgical cases
• Administer regional techniques, including spinal, epidural, IV regional, and other regional anesthesia
• Support obstetrical and neurosurgical procedures as part of the anesthesia team
• Work collaboratively with supervising providers, OR staff, and the broader clinical team
• Document patient care and anesthesia services in the EMR

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Massachusetts license or willingness to obtain
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of CRNA experience preferred, with new graduates considered

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Meditech Expanse
• Background in hospital-based anesthesia care
• Familiarity with trauma center practice environments
