Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow infection control policies, safety standards, and facility procedures

Qualifications

• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work every other weekend
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
