Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to support daily operations at their new facility. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or a college student who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and enjoys interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and new hires in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage front entrance access, including assisting with entry via main doors and ramp access
• Oversee visitor sign-in/sign-out processes to ensure accurate tracking
• Distribute pre-prepared badges and coordinate name tags for group visits
• Assist guests and new hires who do not yet have building badges
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Support miscellaneous administrative or facility-related tasks as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
