• Base salary of $38,500 with First-year earnings of $50,000 to $80,000. With our top performers earn $100,000

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues with clarity and patience.
• Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients.

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Active Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
