SR National Account Executive

We are seeking a Senior National Account Executive who can drive Technology Staffing and Solution initiatives for our clients. Job Functions Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts Work with designated Customers and Recruiting team to identify open needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and driving the interview process Drive placements, oversee contract negotiations and agreements to maximize profit Assist recruiting team with candidate submittals Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement within accounts Educational & Experience Requirements Deep Network within your market IT Staffing experience from a sales perspective, acquiring SOWs and creating key relationships with hiring managers Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
