Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job

Overview Registered Nurse, ICU (Travel) — Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,172 to $2,293 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: rotating 3x12-hour shifts. This assignment is in a hospital ICU setting with potential to float to other ICUs and medical–surgical units as staffing needs arise. Key Highlights

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, holistic nursing care to adult and geriatric ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Monitor hemodynamics, administer medications, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to acute changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care and family support.
• Document care and progress in the electronic health record (Epic) and maintain clear, accurate handoffs during shift change.
• Float to other ICUs (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and med-surgical units when staffing requires, following unit policies and with appropriate orientation.
• Adhere to standards of nursing practice and maintain high-quality, patient-centered care for the adult and geriatric population.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or ARC)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU or acute care RN experience
• Epic experience required
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation capability; experience with fresh open-heart surgery patients preferred
• Willingness to float to other ICUs and MS units as needed; submission must include 2 supervisory references with dates employed
• Eligibility to work in the United States
