What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n

As the Regional Sales Manager , you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and expanding market share throughout your territory.

\n

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Develop and execute a strategy to grow your assigned territory.
\n
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
\n
• Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, distributors, and end users.
\n
• Conduct customer site visits, deliver product presentations, and prepare project quotations.
\n
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through project completion.
\n
• Collaborate with inside sales to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
\n
• Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM and construction project tracking tools.
\n
• Identify market trends, new opportunities, and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
\n
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

Required

\n

\n
• Minimum 4 years of B2B outside sales experience
\n
• Experience selling into construction, industrial, manufacturing, building products, safety, or technical industries
\n
• Strong prospecting, business development, and relationship-building skills
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
\n
• Experience using CRM systems
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills
\n
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the territory
\n

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
\n
• Experience selling construction safety or fall protection products
\n
• Knowledge of commercial and residential construction markets
\n
• Experience working with contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, or developers
\n
• Experience interpreting construction drawings and preparing quotations
\n
• Familiarity with project tracking platforms and construction sales processes
