The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business.Responsibilities:- Define massive seller business development and incubation strategy, lead end-to-end incubation operations for high-potential sellers, including onboarding, launch planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform.- Own the strategy and execution to increase the number of active sales sellers and drive high-quality sellers growth for TikTok Shop, including developing lifecycle incubation plans and optimising growth levers through various initiatives.- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, drive seller GMV growth and improve adoption of affiliate, livestream and shoptab etc.- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand seller segments, diagnose performance blockers, surface root causes by data analysis and translate insights into actionable plan and process improvements.Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years experience in consulting industry, creator management, account management, or sales for retailer, or ecommerce platform.- Experience managing a scalable process to meet business targets, and the analytical and problem-solving ability to improve the process to support business growth- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.Preferred Qualifications：- Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
