Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Indiana teaching license with Intense Intervention Special Education endorsement
• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably supporting students requiring significant instructional modifications
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and individualized education plan (IEP) development
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately eight students

Your Role Will Involve:

• Delivering tailored instruction and interventions designed for intense intervention needs
• Creating and implementing effective IEPs in collaboration with families, support staff, and administrators
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies to ensure ongoing growth
• Maintaining detailed, confidential student records and documentation
• Engaging in regular communication with parents and guardians about students’ progress
• Participating in team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights
