Key Qualifications:

• Indiana licensure for intense intervention special education (required)
• Previous classroom or clinical experience with students requiring intense interventions strongly preferred
• Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, individualized instruction to a caseload of approximately eight students with varied abilities
• Develop, execute, and monitor progress on IEPs
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to families and administrators
• Foster a safe, nurturing learning environment tailored to each student’s needs
• Work closely with paraprofessionals and related service staff
