MedTech Project Coordinator - Remote/Nationwide

IQVIA seeks a MedTech Project Coordinator to support field service operations across multiple U.S. locations. The role involves scheduling technicians, coordinating equipment, conducting product checks, and providing customer support in hospital environments, primarily remote with required travel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field service technicians, tools, and resources for job completion
• Set up and organize equipment and workstations at client sites
• Perform routine post-installation checks and record product test data
• Communicate with hospital staff and provide ongoing customer support
• Train new hires on job procedures and protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of project coordination experience with technician scheduling and client interaction
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and personal vehicle for local assignments
• Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
• Hospital vendor credentialing clearance and current immunizations as required by facilities
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and industry data entry platforms
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship

Compensation: $2–$30 per hour
