Personal Assistant with Marketing & Executive Support Experience

Position Overview- Pay $20.00 + Commision

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and dependable Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur with multiple business ventures and personal projects. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of balancing executive support, marketing initiatives, and operational responsibilities.

You will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, managing personal and professional schedules, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with short-term rental management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is excited to contribute to the growth of multiple business interests.

Duties

  • Provide executive and personal administrative support by managing calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
  • Assist with social media marketing by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple platforms while helping grow brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support short-form content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives using AI-assisted tools, video editing software, and other creative platforms.
  • Coordinate personal and business projects simultaneously while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Manage and oversee short-term rental properties by updating listings, coordinating guest communications, monitoring reservations, scheduling cleanings, and ensuring properties remain fully booked through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc.
  • Monitor multiple residential properties and assist with property logistics, vendor coordination, and operational tasks as needed.
  • Run personal and business errands, assist with shopping, shipping, document preparation, and other executive support duties.
  • Help organize office, home, and workspace environments while maintaining efficient filing systems and accurate records.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents with strong attention to detail.
  • Provide general office management support, answer phones, respond to emails, coordinate meetings, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and content management tools.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools, basic video editing software, Canva, or other digital content creation platforms is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of short-term rental management, including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or similar property management platforms, is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for business meetings, client appointments, property visits, and occasional out-of-town assignments.
