Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs. Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer approval. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles. Process service orders, invoices, and payments efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay informed about Kia products, services, and promotions. Required Skills And Qualifications Proven SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE in an automotive service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service. Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software. Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
