Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs. Prepare and present repair estimates and obtain customer approval. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders. Promote additional services and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service center. Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient with dealership management software and basic computer applications.
