Qualifications
- BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Arizona medical license and DEA (or eligible)
- Post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with nursing, facility leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams
