As a key member of the educational team, you will work side by side with teachers, help with classroom management, and provide essential one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra assistance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred)
• Ability to follow directions and collaborate with classroom teachers and staff
• Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
• Organized approach to assisting with lesson implementation and classroom routines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and instructional support
• Provide individual or small-group attention to students to reinforce learning concepts
• Help manage classroom behavior in accordance with established policies
• Support students with special needs by implementing accommodations and modifications
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, recess, and other activities
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
