The General Labor Associate handles hands-on fulfillment tasks within the retail store's backroom or warehouse space. The primary responsibilities include assembling cardboard boxes and securely packing delicate sunglasses while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities

• Box Assembly : Fold, tape, and build cardboard boxes efficiently to meet daily packing quotas.
• Product Packaging : Carefully wrap, secure, and pack sunglasses into designated boxes without causing damage.
• Quality Control : Inspect sunglasses for visible scratches, defects, or missing tags before packing them.
• Labeling Inventory : Affix price tags, barcodes, and shipping labels accurately to finished boxes.
• Stock Replenishment : Move packed boxes to designated storage shelves, staging areas, or retail floors.
• Workplace Maintenance : Break down scrap cardboard, discard trash, and sweep packing stations daily.

Skills and Qualifications

• Detail-Oriented : Ability to handle fragile items gently and spot minor product defects.
• Physical Stamina : Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Lifting Ability : Comfort lifting up to 30 lbs regularly as box bundles arrive.
• Speed and Accuracy : Capacity to work quickly while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Schedule : Flexibility to work retail hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
