IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume The visit rate for this role ranges from $46 - $50 per visit What You'll Do Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided) Be the best part of someone’s day!
