You Will Get Paid training with evidence-based strength training equipment Access to state‑of‑the‑art fitness technology The Exercise Coach Certification Course (company paid) Nutrition Playbook Certification Course (company paid) Paid for all scheduled hours (not just for training) Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally recognized provider (company paid) Complimentary membership for you and a family member – be paid to improve your own strength and health What You'll Do Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group exercise instruction for clients of all ages Conduct initial consultations Lead individual and small‑group exercise sessions Track fitness results for clients and lead client education Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions Measure success by tracking studio metrics Who You Are Passion for health and fitness Good communication skills People skills and personality Great teammates; dependable and supportive trainers About The Exercise Coach - Newtown Square Hi, I am Scott Satell, the owner of The Exercise Coach® in Newtown Square. I opened our studio because I have a lifelong passion for fitness and helping people. I believe in the efficiency of The Exercise Coach’s approach to fitness in just two 20‑minute sessions per week and the data‑based training equipment that helps us to help people who have been failed by the fitness industry. The Exercise Coach® is a high‑tech health and fitness franchise that provides a science‑based one‑on‑one experience for our clients. Our training utilizes proprietary, high‑tech equipment that is safe and effective with 20‑minute workouts, 2× per week. The Exercise Coach® is a professional and distraction‑free health facility. We offer clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment. The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology.
