Position Details:

• Compensation: Annual salary of $333,626 plus production incentives; includes a $48,000 bonus package for the first two years.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package covering malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME), relocation assistance, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account (HSA), disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution.

About MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center:

Our regional health system spans 14 counties and includes the MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, seven critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics throughout northern Iowa. We are a teaching hospital with residency programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school.
• Completion of a relevant residency program demonstrating competency as a physician.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Must hold or be eligible for a State of Iowa physician license, Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate, and Federal DEA Certificate.
