Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanical engineering, two‑year associate's degree in electronics; Equivalent trade or military background. HP, A+, MCSE, or other industry certifications are considered a plus. Excellent hands‑on mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills combined with a developed analytical thought process. Working knowledge of PC and network systems. Willingness to attend training courses and seminars. Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills. Self‑motivated, outgoing, reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or emergency callouts on an as‑needed basis.
