LPN Medical Service Coordinator Lead with Purpose
Hertford County Jail, NC Schedule: 3/4 10hr Day Shift Rotation and EVO Weekend

Qualifications
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care while overseeing daily nursing operations
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with accuracy
- Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional guidelines
- Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out effectively
- Respond decisively to medical concerns and urgent situations
- Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility policies
- Serve as a vital link between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
