Bilingual (Japanese / English) Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant

A Japanese company is looking for a Bilingual Business Administrator / Executive Assistant who speak Japanese and English fluently. This position also requires you to understand Japanese business custom since you work closer with the President.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and exceptional organizational skills, enabling them to manage various office tasks efficiently. This position is required to work on Financial reports and plans with the President and complete all administrative tasks assigned by the Administrative Manager.

Responsibilities for Bilingual Business Administrator / Executive Assistant (Japanese / English):

• Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel plans.
• Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports as needed to ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
• Maintain an organized office environment by managing files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
• Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Act as a personal assistant to executives, handling various tasks that require discretion and confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone systems and email communications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall productivity.

Requirements for Bilingual Business Administrator / Executive Assistant (Japanese / English):

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Administration, other related field of studies.
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Proven experience in executive administrative support or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in DocuSign and Google Suite applications is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with various office software and phone systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to transcribe information accurately and maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems as they arise.
• A valid driver's license and your own vehicle.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
