Description

1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with over 15 years of experience providing services to luxury hotels, condominiums, and special events. We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Valet Parking Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information about valet parking services and answer any inquiries.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently and securely.
• Issue receipts and process parking fees as required.
• Close and balance the cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
• Record and manage special requests from residents or guests.
• Coordinate with valet attendants to ensure prompt vehicle retrieval.
• Utilize internal management systems to monitor vehicle check-ins and check-outs.
• Log payments and transactions into the company's system.
• Generate basic daily activity reports when needed.

Schedule: Monday 3pm-11pm / Tuesday off / Wed 5pm-1am / Thur off / Friday 3pm-11pm / Saturday 3pm-11pm / Sunday 3pm-11pm

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of cashiering and payment processing.
• Ability to proactively and efficiently solve problems.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with management software.
