ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kris Yelverton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
